After 10 years of planning which included a six-year detour as partners in Clark Hollow Hops (a three acre commercial hop farm which is now closed), Brian and Erin Bullard finally opened their brewery in the warehouse space of their dreams on March 15, 2019.
Using ingredients from the seasons, from regional farms, Founder and Head Brewer Brian Bullard’s beers will be ever evolving. He looks forward to pouring a pint for you and sharing the stories about the ingredients, farmers, and process behind each fermentation.
Brian is also the architect for this ongoing project and the head chef of our Neo Kitchen.
