In this first of five classes, we will educate you on how to recognize off flavors that can be found in beer. Try one class, or try them all – up to you.
Each class starts at 6:30pm and will be led by Tom Clifford, our Certified Level II Cicerone® and tailored to the audience. From professional brewers, to hobbyists, enthusiasts, and consumers, you will walk away with knowledge of causes and prevention for 5 Essential Off Flavors:

Come for the curiosity or come for the education, class sizes are limited to 12 people.
Our kitchen will be open regular hours (5-7pm on class days).
